Preheat the oven to 425°F.

Wash 4 large zucchinis and slice them into 1/4 inch thick rounds.

In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced zucchinis, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of Kosher salt and 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper. Toss until all zucchini rounds are well coated.

Arrange the zucchini rounds on a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle them evenly with the 1/3 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese.
