In a large bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, Sriracha, minced garlic, and rice vinegar.

Place salmon in the sauce mixture, turning each piece to coat them evenly. Let the fillets marinate for 15 minutes, turning them occasionally.

Place the marinated salmon fillets, skin-side down, on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle some of the marinade over each fillet. Bake in the preheated oven for 14-16 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 125 degrees F.

Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.

Serve the salmon fillets on individual plates, topped with sesame seeds and thinly sliced green onions. Enjoy!
