Place the canned sweet potato purée in a large mixing bowl.

Rinse the chopped kale leaves under cold water then use a salad spinner (or gently shake off excess water) to remove moisture. Add the kale to the bowl.

Rinse the canned and drained black beans under cold water and add them to the bowl.

Add fine panko bread crumbs into the bowl.
