Clean all the produce thoroughly with water and pat dry.

In a large frying pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced chorizo and cook until crispy, remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, cook the chicken breasts on both sides seasoned with half a teaspoon of salt and a quarter teaspoon of pepper until fully cooked. Set aside on the same plate as the chorizo.
