Wilkin & Sons Tiptree Damson Plum Preserve

Damson, also called the Damask plum, is a particular variety of plum ideal for those prefer a less sweet jam. It is sharp & fruity, with an oval shape, a smooth-textured yellow-green flesh, and skin from dark blue to indigo. All damson fruit is grown in the Tiptree orchards and picked at the peak of its ripeness.
