The PRO Leave-in Meat Thermometer is deigned to be rugged and yet accurate. Designed to be oven safe with a tempered safety glass lens, this thermometer is meant to be left in the oven while food is cooking and tracks the gradual increase in temperature over longer periods of time. An extra large 3" dial features high contrast graphics with USDA temperature references are printed on the dial. The number track is printed on the bezel for optimal visibility.
