Nduja is a spicy spreadable salami that is flavored with both chili and Calabrian sweet pepper. Using only Italian pigs from the Italian regions of Emilia Romagna and Lombardia, it is slowly aged for one month. Delicious on its own with bread or crostini, as a base to sauces or eggs to add flavor, or as a complement to a cheese and charcuterie board. Product of Italy.
