Mhunga Inyawuthi - Pearl Millet

Pearl Millet is tasty, with mildly sweet nut-like flavour and contains a myriad of beneficial nutrients. Add one cup of Pearl Millet to four cups of water. Bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 35-45 minutes. Remove heat, let sit covered for about 10 minutes (you can add Utsanzi Peanut Butter). Serve.
