May's Hawaiian style Kalbi is a local favorite. Our marinade is founded on a traditional kalbi sauce imported from Korea. These three-bone, cross cut ribs are meaty and so tender. Served as part of a traditional Korean meal or brought to a potluck gathering, it will have everyone raising their favorite beverage and toasting, "Kam sa ham ni da!" The rest of the country does not have these ribs. Lucky we live in Hawaii to experience such a flavorful treat....
