Wegmans Little Bo Peep Brie Cheese

Little Bo Peep is a 100% sheep’s milk double cream soft ripened cheese made in the Rhone-Alps region of France. It has a mild, velvety, gooey texture and with a bit of salt. It’s considered a “sheep milk brie” although the definition of Brie is a soft ripened cow’s milk cheese made in the Brie region of France. Try it with fig jam and a glass of Reisling or Rose.
