In today's ever changing world, it's good to know that for the past five generations, we've chosen to do things the old-fashioned way at Hammond's Pretzel Bakery. We're not interested in mass production, we're only interested in quality - the quality you get in hand-made pretzel. Since each pretzel is hand-rolled and twisted (instead of stamped on by machine) the dough is treated gently, allowing the yeast to fully rise....
