Ground Mace

Add 1/4 tsp. to batter for a 2-layer chocolate cake. Add a dash to hot chocolate, lemon glaze, baked custard or sliced fresh fruit. Use in pound cake, nut breads, Danish pastries, fruit pies or puddings. Use on fish, chicken, spinach and yellow vegetables.
