This is an authentic Indian condensed curry sauce made in olive oil. All our curries are made with all natural ingredients. We use fresh onions and tomatoes in all our preparations giving the curry sauce a homemade taste. We don't add any artificial preservatives. This was originally a Portuguese dish transported to Goa, a region of south India, by explorers in the 16th century.
