Tastes and smells like an old-fashioned cinnamon roll, with cinnamon filling, crumbly streusel and a light, sweet glaze on top of a shortbread crust. Founded by Jill Bommarito, Ethel's is the namesake of her Grandmother who taught her to bake; today the company is run by Jill with her daughter Lily working by her side.
