In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, black beans, corn, red bell pepper, green onions, jalapeños, and spinach.

Add the chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and shredded Monterey Jack cheese to the bowl. Mix well to combine all ingredients.

Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape. Spoon approximately two tablespoons of the chicken mixture into the center of the wrapper.
