Preheat oven to 375º F (190ºC)

Place hollowed-out bell peppers in a large baking dish and pre-bake for 15 minutes

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the cooking oil

When the oil is hot, add the thinly sliced or shaved steak and sauté until browned. Remove steak from the pan
