Wegmans Stollen, Full Loaf

A traditional German cake eaten at Christmas time that is filled with raisins, candied citrus and almonds. When warm from the oven it is coated with melted butter and granulated vanilla sugar. Once dry it is finished with a coating of sweet snow sugar.
