Red currants are brought to the boil and simmered gently. The juice and fruit is then transferred to our fruit press where it is squeezed slowly to extract the maximum amount of juice from the fruit. Easy to spread, enjoy this jelly on toast, biscuits, muffins, cheese, pastries or even as a cake filling. This distinctive jelly is also perfect to accompany roast lamb, and makes a delicious addition to all gravies.
