Orgeat, pronounced “or-zhat”, is a French almond syrup originally made from barley for use as a shelf-stable milk substitute.. In addition to California almonds, our Orgeat is complemented by a small proportion of apricot kernels, contributing a unique "marzipan" flavor without relying on extracts.. The Orgeat syrup contains organic cane sugar, orange flower water, and biodynamic California brandy to create a rich and flavorful syrup with delicate floral notes.
