Roostr's Rub Rooster's Beef Roast & Rib Rub

A family favorite for Prime Rib but this awesome rub works on any beef! There is a little trick to this one though! Take the rub and mix it with just enough extra virgin olive oil to make a thick paste. Adding fresh chopped garlic is a nice touch here also but not necessary.
