Serves: 10 Ingredients: 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 2 garlic cloves, chopped 1 cup onion, chopped 1 cup celery, finely sliced 2 bay leaves 2 fresh sprigs of thyme 4 cups cooked rotisserie chicken meat, shredded 4 quarts chicken broth 6 oz No Yolks Broad 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper Directions: Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and onions and sauté 2 minutes. Add carrots, celery, bay leaves, thyme, chicken and broth. Bring to a boil. Add pasta. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 10 minutes. Remove bay leaves and thyme sprigs. Season with salt and pepper.
