Lactose is the naturally occurring sugar in the milk of all mammals. Also known as ‘milk sugar’, lactose is roughly 20% the sweetness of common white table sugar. When used together in our standard homemade Goat Milk Formula Recipe, both the 13.8 oz lactose and 1 lb milk will run out at the same time.
