Each wheel is traditionally crafted with 3 layers of Tellicherry black peppercorns carefully distributed by hand. Aged a minimum of 6 months, this cheese develops a pleasant nutty and piquant flavor that bursts across the palate allow both flavors of the cheese and peppercorns to shine.
