As a specialty coffee bean roaster, we are proud of this rich, chocolate, fruity medium-bodied coffee blend. Coffee Beans from Yemen & Java: Our new shelf stable Mocha Java blend is a blend of coffees from Yemen (Moka) and Java (Indonesia). It's an ode to the "original", oldest (and most widely produced) coffee blend, Moka Java, as well as the rise of coffee capitalism and the “very fine Java & Mocha” blend made famous by Hills Bros coffee company in the early 1900s. Just The Right Roast: A beautiful blend of earthy, chocolate, bright cherry fruit flavors makes this post-blend coffee mouth watering. We roast each single origin coffee separately at the optimum roast level, then post blend to create this perfect marriage of flavor!
