Fresh Chicken Feet

An Asian street food favorite and often the star of dim sum, chicken feet are also popular in Jamaica, Mexico and South Africa, just to name a few. Bringing robust flavor to homemade chicken stock or broth when simmered with onion, garlic and peppercorns, chicken feet are commonly cooked by braising in a pressure cooker or deep-frying. In the past, chicken feet were grouped with giblets, which include the chicken's heart, liver, neck and gizzard.
