Delirium Tremens, a Belgian Strong Ale brewed by Huyghe Brewery, has an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 8.5%. The beer is pale golden in color with a white head and a light to medium body. It has aromas of citrus, pear, banana, honey, spice, and bread, and flavors of lemon, pear, apricot, coriander, candy sugar, clove, and white pepper. The beer has a dry, clean, and crisp finish with fine champagne-like carbonation. Some say the beer doesn't taste like it has an 8.5% ABV.
