Cornelius Applejack honors the man who has pressed our apple cider at Golden Harvest Farm for over 30 years. Over 60 pounds of fresh apples must be pressed, fermented and distilled for each bottle. Our fine applejack is rested in white oak to bring you a hint of apple and vanilla and leave you with a clean spiced finish.
