Calabro Basket Cheese

Calabro’s basket cheese is a holiday tradition that is still made the old-fashioned way by hand! The whole milk curds are scooped and pressed into a basket mold while still warm making “weaves” – similar to mozzarella it can be used in a wide variety of recipes and pairings.
