The traditional varieties of Corvina (70%), Rondinella (20%) and Corvinone (10%) are sourced from the hills above Verona. Hand-picked grapes are vinified at a controlled temperature in tanks for 8 to 10 days. The wine is settled and transferred to other tanks a few months aging before bottling. Ruby red color with some purple, the aromas are fruity â reminiscent of sour cherries and the palate light to medium weight, is fruity and finishes clean and dry.
