In a large bowl, combine cooled cooked spices, the remaining grapeseed oil, dark brown sugar, unsweetened applesauce, eggs, grated ginger, plain Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Beat vigorously with a wire whisk until well combined.
