Succulent baked chicken bites covered in a sweet and spicy honey sriracha sauce, this dish can be easily made in under 30 minutes, packing incredible flavor into every bite.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Bread the cubed chicken by first coating each piece in all-purpose flour, dipping them in the whisked egg, and finally rolling them in regular breadcrumbs. Arrange chicken pieces in the prepared baking dish.
SAUCE

In a saucepan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat, and sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute.

Whisk in low sodium soy sauce, honey, sriracha, water, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook the sauce on high heat until it thickens, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes.

Pour the sauce evenly over the breaded chicken in the baking dish.
