In a small mixing bowl, whisk together Sriracha Sauce, honey, low sodium soy sauce, white vinegar, lime juice, and minced garlic until thoroughly combined. Set aside.
3
Heat vegetable oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
4
Season chicken breasts with salt, freshly ground pepper, fresh thyme, and fresh basil. Add to the hot skillet and cook for 2 minutes on each side, or until just browned.
5
Remove skillet from heat and pour prepared honey-Sriracha glaze over the chicken breasts, turning chicken to cover each breast entirely.
6
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, uncovered.
7
Remove skillet from the oven and spoon out about 3 tablespoons of the sauce into a small cup. Whisk in the cornstarch until well combined.
8
Stir the cornstarch slurry back into the skillet and return the skillet to the oven. Cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
9
Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
10
Spoon the sauce over the chicken breasts and garnish with fresh cilantro, sesame seeds, and lime wedges. Serve immediately.
