Our Starlight Almond Scones are a divine morning treat enjoyed perfectly alongside your favorite cup of coffee. Flavored with hints of vanilla, these mini scones echo the much-beloved Starbucks original, with a balanced sweetness.
Preheat the oven to 325F (160C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone liner.

In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Stir in the eggs, melted butter, heavy cream, and vanilla extract into the almond mixture until a dough forms.

Divide the dough in half and make each half into a circle about an inch thick. Slice each circle into 8 wedges, similar to a pizza.

Spread out the wedges on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for approximately 18 minutes, or until the scones become golden and are firm to the touch. Let them cool completely after removing from the oven.
GLAZE

Meanwhile, prepare the glaze by combining powdered sugar, vanilla extract and heavy cream in a medium bowl. Stir until smooth.

Once the scones have cooled down, dip the top of each scone into the glaze, then let them rest on a baking rack until the glaze sets.
