In a large bowl, whisk together the lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped cilantro, sliced green onions, chili garlic sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger, to prepare the chili lime sauce.

Once the noodles are cooked, drain and rinse them briefly with cold water. Add the cooked noodles and shrimp to the large bowl containing the chili lime sauce.
