In a medium bowl, mix your favorite hot sauce and melted unsalted butter. Add the cooked and shredded chicken breast and toss until well combined.

Preheat a sandwich maker or two-sided electric grill. If not available, a heavy skillet over medium heat will work just as fine.

Butter one side of each garlic bread slice. Place four slices on the sandwich maker or skillet, buttered side down.

Layer evenly with the spicy shredded chicken, roasted red bell pepper slices, and thinly sliced pepper jack cheese.
