Cut the plain bagels into bite-sized pieces and distribute evenly in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Set aside for later use.

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the spicy breakfast sausage, constantly breaking it up into small pieces. Once thoroughly cooked, drain any remaining grease and spread the cooked sausage evenly over the cut bagels.
