Cut the chicken breast into 2cm X 2cm chunks and slice the bacon into similar-sized pieces.

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 Tbsp sesame oil and smoked paprika. Add the chunked chicken and bacon, stirring to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

While the chicken is marinating, dice the bell pepper and red onion into 2cm X 2cm pieces.

Remove the chicken and bacon from the refrigerator and thread them onto bamboo skewers, alternating with pieces of bell pepper and red onion.

Preheat a grill, grill pan, or oven broiler for medium-high heat. Cook the skewers for 5 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
