Drain the pre-pressed tofu and cut it into bite-sized cubes. Set aside.

Prep the rest of your ingredients by finely chopping the onions, and mincing the garlic and ginger.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic, yellow onion, red onion, and ginger, sauté for about 10 minutes until the onions are soft and golden.

Push onion, ginger, garlic to one side of the pan and add cubed tofu to the other side for it to brown. Let it sauté for about 5 minutes.
