Start by tenderizing the cube steak. Lay each piece of steak out flat on an oiled pan.

In a small bowl, mix the seasoning salt and garlic powder. Sprinkle this mixture over both sides of each steak. Then top your cube steaks with the chopped onions and the green bell peppers.

In a separate bowl, stir together the flour. Dip each cube steak into the flour mixture, making sure each side is thoroughly coated.

Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the cube steaks one at a time. Cook each side for about 4 minutes or until no longer red.
