In a large bowl combine ground chicken, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, breadcrumbs, a lightly beaten egg and finely chopped onion.

Mix the ingredients gently with your hands until just incorporated. Avoid overworking the meat which could result in tougher burgers.

Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

Grill the patties on each side for 5-7 minutes or until fully cooked through.

In a separate bowl, blend the mayonnaise, gochujang and lime juice and zest together to create your aioli sauce.
