1 whole lemon
juiced
1/2 cup red beans
soaked and cooked
1/4 tsp black pepper

Rinse the long grain rice under cold water, then soak it in water for 15-20 minutes. Set aside.

In a large pan, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring for 3 minutes.

Add the finely chopped onion to the pan and continue to cook for 3 more minutes.
