Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll the pizza dough and cut each into 8 equal triangles.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic. Brush each pizza dough triangle lightly with this butter mixture.

Sprinkle the triangles evenly with dried oregano and red pepper flakes.

Lay 3 slices of pepperoni on the wider end of each triangle.

Sprinkle a generous portion of grated mozzarella on top of the pepperoni slices.

Fold the sides of the pizza dough triangle over the cheese and pepperoni. Roll tightly from the wider end to the apex, and pinch the seams to seal.
