Combine the 1 pound ground beef, 1/3 cup quick-cooking oats, 3 tablespoons ketchup, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 1 large egg, 1 teaspoon dried marjoram, and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt in a medium bowl

Divide into 4 (4- x 2 1/2-inch) loaves and place them evenly spaced, on the prepared baking sheet

Combine 2 teaspoons lower-sodium Worcestershire sauce and the remaining 3 tablespoons ketchup in a small bowl before brushing it over the loaves

Toss 12 ounces fresh green beans and 10 ounces small carrots with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika, and the remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt in a large bowl

Scatter the seasoned vegetables around the loaves on the baking sheet

Bake at 450°F for 12 minutes and then turn the vegetables
