One-Pan Honey-Glazed Salmon and Roasted Vegetables

Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, 1 Tbsp olive oil, honey, lime juice, and 1 minced garlic clove

Spread sweet potatoes on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp olive oil, and sprinkle with ¼ tsp salt and ⅛ tsp pepper. Toss to coat, then spread into a single layer.

Bake sweet potatoes for 15 minutes.

Prepare green beans by tossing them with the remaining 2 minced garlic cloves, ⅛ tsp pepper, and ¼ tsp salt.

Remove sweet potatoes from the oven, stir, and move them to one side of the pan.

Place the salmon fillets on the pan, leaving some space between them. Brush each fillet with the honey-soy mixture.

Spread the green beans on the remaining exposed area of the pan.
