Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Set aside.

Place the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, milk, and unsweetened cocoa powder in a medium saucepan.

Once the mixture is at a rolling boil, boiling around the edges and in the middle, boil for one minute.

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the creamy peanut butter, vanilla extract, and kosher salt.
