In a large skillet, over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked.

While beef is cooking, make the sauce by combining minced garlic, honey, low sodium soy sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger, crushed red pepper flakes, and ground black pepper in a bowl. Mix together.

Once beef is fully cooked, add the sauce to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the sauce thickens and is absorbed by the beef.

Serve the ground beef over jasmine rice. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
