Prick and boil sausages for 5 minutes until cooked. Allow them to cool for a few minutes, then slice into 1-inch pieces.

In a non-stick frying pan, dry-fry the sliced sausages until browned on both sides. Set aside for later.

Spray the pan with oil and add onion and garlic, cooking on medium heat for a few minutes.

Add carrots and capsicum, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Stir in crushed tomatoes, red kidney beans, tomato sauce, and chili sauce.
