In a Dutch oven or similar pot, over medium heat, cook and crumble the ground beef until brown.

Add beef broth, diced tomatoes, sliced carrots, cubed potatoes, chopped onion, chopped celery, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano to the pot, and stir to combine.
