Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion, chili powder, garlic powder, ground cumin, dried oregano, salt, and ground black pepper until no longer pink.

Drain any excess grease and return the skillet to the stove.

Stir in the red enchilada sauce, pinto beans, and chopped green chiles.

Place 4 corn tortillas in the bottom of the greased baking dish, overlapping them slightly.

Top the tortillas with 1/3 of the meat mixture and 1/3 of the shredded Colby Jack cheese.
