Brush both sides of the chicken breasts with olive oil.

In a small bowl, mix together the garlic salt, smoked paprika, ground black pepper, dried basil and dried oregano. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken.

Pre-heat the grill to medium heat. Grill the chicken for 7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F as read by a digital meat thermometer.

While the chicken is grilling, evenly distribute the chopped romaine lettuce and chopped tomato onto two plates.

Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for 2-3 minutes then cut it into thin strips.

Place the grilled chicken strips on top of the prepared salad.
